Delivery

■ Domestic delivery

Once your payment is confirmed, it will be shipped within three working days. If shipping is delayed, we will inform you by email in advance.

Cancellation and Returns (Refund / Exchange)

If any of the following conditions are met, the product will be exchanged.
Conditions: As a rule, we will only replace items that have not been opened or used and have been contacted by phone or email within the period of support.

Return shipping and re-shipping costs: Paid at customer's expense.

■ Refund due to product defects
You will be refunded if any of the following conditions apply.
Conditions: In principle, we will only offer refunds for unused merchandise and only in cases where we are unable to offer an "exchange", such as when the same item is sold out or cannot be arranged. (Only those who contact us by phone) or email within the support period).

Return policy
■ We do not accept returns or exchanges of customer's requests for any reason.

In principle, we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
  • Sale items, campaign items, special order and customer order.
  • If more than 7 days have passed since the item was received.
  • If the product is damaged or defaced due to the customer's negligence.
  • If the product is sent directly to us without notice.
  • If the product is worn or used even once. (This does not apply to defective products.)
  • For items without tags, labels, bags, or other accessories.
  • The products that are purchased at a physical location
* * We are unable to accept any cancellation of orders after they have been placed.
* If there is a cancellation after the order is shipped, or if there is a cancellation due to non-communication, refusal to receive, long-term absence, etc., we will charge you 20% as a cancellation fee and the full amount of shipping costs if it is after the order is shipped.

We do our best to ensure the quality of our products, however, in the unlikely event that the product is damaged or stained, or if the product is different from your order, please contact us within one week of receipt of the product. item is defective, we will replace it (if we have it in stock) or refund it. ★ Cooling-off system
The cooling-off system is a system that applies to door-to-door sales. We do not require the application of a cooling-off period for mail order sales. Please note that the cooling-off system does not apply to our online sales , as this is a mail order system where the customer can access the site and understand and confirm the details of the purchase at their own discretion before placing an order.
